5 Reasons I Started Yoga

Hi! I'm Monique.
I started my yoga journey in my last year of studying primary teaching at University. I originally began practicing at home watching YouTube videos to strengthen my core! It quickly became a morning habit, as I realised the many benefits from it!

It was STRENGTHENING my body - core, arms & legs.
It was helping me to CALM and DE-STRESS from my busy University schedule.
I enjoyed the feeling afterwards it left me PEACEFUL & REFRESHED.
I could integrate my FAITH into my yoga practice and MEDITATE on bible scriptures.
It was TIMELY - I could practice at home whenever and however long.
