Hi! I'm Monique.


I started my yoga journey in my last year of studying primary teaching at University. I originally began practicing at home watching YouTube videos to strengthen my core! It quickly became a morning habit, as I realised the many benefits from it!

  1. It was STRENGTHENING my body - core, arms & legs.

  2. It was helping me to CALM and DE-STRESS from my busy University schedule.

  3. I enjoyed the feeling afterwards it left me PEACEFUL & REFRESHED.

  4. I could integrate my FAITH into my yoga practice and MEDITATE on bible scriptures.

  5. It was TIMELY - I could practice at home whenever and however long.
