Hi, I'm Monique the Founder of 'Flow Flourish Yoga'.
I first started my yoga journey in 2014 when I began practicing at home by watching YouTube videos. I originally started yoga to build strength and flexibility however, after beginning my journey I discovered it had more than physical benefits. Yoga helped me to calm down in stressful situations and allowed my mind to become less crowded with negative thoughts. 
I continued my yoga journey and attended a yoga retreat in Bali and this affirmed my thoughts on becoming a yoga teacher.
I completed my 350 hours yoga teacher training through My Health Yoga in 2018.  This is when 'Flow Flourish Yoga' was born, I wanted to share my love and passion with others and help them experience the benefits not only in your body but mind & spirit.
